Project & New Build Manager

Carlo Cuzzato brings over two decades of executive experience in the nautical sector to our team. An accomplished manager, project leader, and captain for sailing and powerboats up to 200GT, Carlo has dedicated his career to delivering excellence in yacht construction, after-sales service, and technical management.

Most recently, Carlo served as After-Sales Manager for the Azimut Grande Line, overseeing vessels up to 130 feet across the Americas, Caribbean, and Mexico. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Monte Carlo Yachts, where he managed boat delivery, dealer support, and high-profile events in both the U.S. and Italy. His expertise includes project management for new yachts and refits, technical surveys, and marina development.

Carlo holds certifications as an RYA Yacht Master Offshore and Maritime Radio Operator and is a registered Nautical Technical Surveyor. His extensive knowledge, leadership abilities, and passion for boating will be invaluable as he steps into his role as Project & New Build Manager.
