Austin Bladon

Austin brings a wealth of firsthand yachting experience and a lifelong passion for boating, the water, and the industry, making him a valuable addition to our team.  He holds a 3000gt Officer of yachts license through MCA as well as an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore – Commercial endorsement.   Navigating more than 40,000 nautical miles during his career, progressing to the role of Chief Officer on a Westport 131’ where he oversaw crew operations, maintained the vessel, catered to his clients, and represented various yachts at international shows. Growing up on the rugged South Coast of England in Dorset, Austin was immersed in the world of yachts from an early age. His father worked at Sunseeker Yachts for many years and later as a yacht captain in the Mediterranean. Austin spent his youth sailing, fishing, and mastering yacht maintenance and operation alongside his family. His extensive maritime experience and deep understanding of the industry make him an invaluable resource for clients.

Now living in San Diego, Austin is eager to share his deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience to help clients find the right boat for their needs. He is dedicated to understanding each customer’s unique priorities and ensuring they’re paired with the perfect vessel to match their lifestyle and aspirations.

When he’s not assisting clients, Austin enjoys golfing, snowboarding, tennis, cycling, and traveling. A true enthusiast for anything fast, he has a passion for yachts, planes, sports cars, and motorcycles. After a rigorous Classical Ballet career that instilled discipline and focus, he now brings the same dedication to the boating industry.
